Orders are dispatched twice a week with Royal Mail First Class service. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
First class postage is from £1.25. Postage is free on orders over £30.
Greeting cards are posted in hardback envelopes which can easily be recycled. To avoid wastage, we do our best to re-use cardboard boxes so larger orders of multiple items will be packaged in a box that we have received our lovely stock in!
Yes we do! Before placing your order online, please email hello@pugandpussycat.co.uk to arrange a suitable time for collection and we will give you a discount code to remove postage costs from your order. Depending on the item you order, it may or may not already be in one of our shops, so please allow a little extra time for us to get it to your chosen shop.

Please email hello@pugandpussycat.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to cancel. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel. You will need to return your order within 14 days in a re-sellable condition and we will refund your original method of payment.

Yes! Simply leave the message you would like us to write inside the card when placing your order and ensure the delivery address is the intended recipients. We will then post the card as though you have done it yourself.
