Delivery will be made to the UK address specified by you. We will make reasonable endeavours to despatch orders received before 2pm on the same day: orders received after 2pm on the following day; and orders received after 2pm on Friday to Sunday inclusive (or on public holidays) on the next working day.

All orders will be despatched using Royal Mail and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please allow extra time during Bank Holidays and busy times such as Christmas.

Although we always try our best to ensure punctual delivery, we cannot be held responsible if any item arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of our control.

To obtain a refund please return the product(s) to us within 14 days of ordering in the same condition in which you received them. We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will refund any payment received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
